Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access support activities, and when appropriate, emergency response actions at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related events and communicating relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols around production areas, warehouses, loading zones, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or site policy concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and/or contractor access as directed by site procedures, and report unauthorized activity or conditions that could affect daily operations.
• Support facility operations by observing equipment areas, material storage spaces, and high-traffic work zones for security-related concerns, then escalating issues through appropriate reporting channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
