Picture this: the production line is humming in Elgin, IL, and you’re the trusted pro at the finish. Each item that reaches you gets a careful inspection, a precise pack, and a smooth send‑off. As a Manufacturing Packout Technician, your focus on quality and speed keeps our promises to customers.
How you’ll contribute- Pack finished goods exactly to required specifications and quality standards
- Identify and remove items with defects prior to final packaging
- Maintain an orderly, efficient work area to support steady throughput
- Coordinate with teammates to achieve daily packing targets
- Follow safety policies and model safe working behaviors
- 12‑hour shifts (paid lunches)
- Days: 6:00am–6:00pm
- Nights: 6:00pm–6:00am
- 2‑2‑3 rotation: work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days
- Driven, dependable, and comfortable working independently
- Applicants of all genders are encouraged to apply
- English communication skills preferred
- Previous warehouse or packaging experience preferred
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long stretches
- Exceptional attention to detail and packing accuracy
- Strong teamwork orientation and clear communication
- Familiarity with core warehouse safety practices
