RN - Bone Marrow Transplant - Green Hospital

Full‑time (72 hours per pay period) position, 12‑hour day shift schedule including holidays and weekends. Location: Scripps Green Hospital, Torrey Pines, La Jolla. RNs provide inpatient care for bone marrow transplant, solid organ transplant, and hematologic cancer patients. Duties include administering chemotherapy, blood products, stem cells, and CAR‑T cells; anticipating and managing side effects of treatment; and providing patient/caregiver education. The unit is a comprehensive transplant unit offering BMT and solid organ transplant, with a 24‑bed, all private room layout and 3‑4:1 nurse to patient ratios. About the Unit Nurses enjoy working in BMT because it feels like a close‑knitted family. The culture is supportive and welcoming, and staff genuinely enjoy helping one another.
