Capital Vacations is hiring motivated individuals to join our Frontline Sales Team at Gatlinburg Town Square in Gatlinburg, TN. Whether you have previous sales experience or come from hospitality, retail, customer service, or another people-focused background, we'll provide the training, coaching, and support to help you succeed.

Our guests are already visiting the resort and scheduled to meet with our team, so you'll focus on building relationships and delivering a great experience—not cold calling or searching for leads.

What You'll Do

• Meet with guests who are already scheduled to visit our sales center
• Build relationships and create a welcoming, engaging experience
• Present vacation ownership opportunities in a professional, consultative manner
• Learn and follow our proven sales process with leadership support
• Help guests find vacation solutions that fit their needs
• Maintain accurate customer information in company systems
• Contribute to individual and team success

Who We're Looking For

You don't need previous vacation ownership experience to succeed.

We're looking for individuals who are:

• Goal-oriented and driven to earn performance-based income
• Professional with strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Available to work weekends and holidays

Previous experience in sales, hospitality, hotels, restaurants, retail, tourism, guest services, customer service, banking, automotive, insurance, fitness, or other customer-facing roles is helpful—but not required .

Licensing Requirement

Candidates must hold or be willing to obtain a Tennessee Timeshare/Real Estate License . Capital Vacations provides guidance, support throughout the licensing process, and offers reimbursement assistance.
