Float Medical Assistant

Oak Street Health

Oak Street Health is seeking a Float Medical Assistant to support our primary care teams across multiple clinics. In this role, you’ll travel between centers to room patients, obtain vitals, perform EKGs, administer injections, support care coordination, and assist with procedures. You’ll ensure accurate documentation in the EMR, manage specimens and supplies, and reinforce patient education and preventative care. As part of our patient-centered, team-based model, you’ll collaborate closely with clinicians to improve outcomes for Medicare patients in underserved communities.
