Position Type: Administration/ Executive Director Date Posted: 9/11/2026 Location: District Office/District Wide Date Available: October 2026 Closing Date: 09/25/2026 Executive Director of Operations Full-time Year-round POSITION SUMMARY: The Executive Director of Operations reports to the Superintendent and assumes responsibility for district operations, facilities, support services, budgeting, and planning in alignment with the District's Strategic Plan. This position interacts with all departments in the district to determine department and staff needs to plan how best meet the needs of students. Salary range: $170,000 to $180,000 annually (pro-rated for contracted days) QUALIFICATIONS: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, Public Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred) 2. 5+ years of experience in Education Administration with emphasis in operations/facilities, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience 3. Managerial skills including planning, budgeting, supervision, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and team collaboration PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1.
