As a Dental Hygienist, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients, provide individualized preventive care, and educate patients about maintaining healthy smiles. Responsibilities Welcome patients and create a friendly, comfortable experience Identify gingivitis, periodontal disease, and other oral health conditions Provide appropriate dental hygiene and preventive services Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Build strong, lasting relationships with patients Maintain accurate patient charts and clinical documentation Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized operatory Follow OSHA, infection control, and safety standards Work collaboratively with the dental team to provide comprehensive patient care Qualifications Diploma or degree from an accredited Dental Hygiene program Current CPR certification Basic knowledge of dental practice management software Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive, professional attitude Patient-focused approach to care Passion for oral health and patient education Live and Work in Washington, Utah Washington offers an exceptional combination of warm weather, outdoor recreation, and a growing community .
