About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, performancedriven Onsite Supervisor to oversee daily workflow, lead a team, and support excellence in remittance operations. Our client's Receivable Operations division provides lockbox services to corporate, public sector, and federal government clients. This team ensures customers can efficiently process traditional paperbased payments by capturing remittance data and delivering accurate, timely output files for accountsreceivable updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflow for assigned processing workgroups
• Manage a team of fulltime and parttime frontline associates
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships using serviceimprovement tools
• Maintain direct ownership of remittance processing productivity and quality
• Allocate work efficiently to maximize throughput
• Monitor shift performance, escalate delays, and resolve processing issues
• Coach and develop Team Leads and Operations team members
• Foster a highly engaged, teamworkdriven environment
• Ensure strict adherence to customer guidelines, bank policies, audit, and security standards
• Conduct regular performance feedback and counseling with associates
• Adapt effectively to changing business needs and priorities

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of onsite supervisory/leadership experience, ideally in remittance processing
• Background in employee engagement, training, and ongoing coaching
• Strong ability to motivate, lead, and maintain visibility with teams
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlinedriven tasks
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel) and internal systems
• Strong decisionmaking, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and levels of the organization
• Core leadership strengths: planning, motivation, problemsolving, conflict resolution, analysis, teambuilding, and interpersonal skills

• Walking: up to 95%
• Lifting: up to 30% and up to 50 lbs

This role may require nontraditional or extended hours based on business needs.

A Government Security Clearance may be required, which may include:

• Fingerprinting
• Credit check
• Employment history verification
• Proof of U.S. Legal Permanent Residency for up to 7 years
