Lead Carpenter

Description Pay: $25–$35 per hour, based on experience We’re looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate is a skilled carpenter who can confidently lead projects, work independently, and maintain a high standard of quality and craftsmanship. What You’ll Do Lead and perform carpentry work on residential and/or commercial projects Read and interpret plans, measurements, and project specifications Complete framing, trim, finish carpentry, repairs, and other general carpentry tasks Measure, cut, install, and assemble materials accurately Coordinate day-to-day work on the job site and help keep projects on schedule Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Ensure completed work meets quality and craftsmanship standards Work alongside other team members and provide guidance when needed Communicate project needs, progress, and potential issues to leadership What We’re Looking For Previous carpentry experience required Lead or crew-lead experience preferred Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and construction practices Ability to read plans, take accurate measurements, and complete work with attention to detail Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Strong communication and problem-solving skills Commitment to safety and quality workmanship Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift materials as needed What We Offer $25–$35 per hour based on experience Opportunity to take on a leadership role Steady work with a team that values quality craftsmanship Opportunities for growth and advancement #J-18808-Ljbffr Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration LLC
