Job Overview A law firm seeks a Capital Markets Associate in Palo Alto, CA. The ideal candidate will have three to seven years of experience in capital markets and public securities, focusing on technology, consumer/retail, and life sciences sectors. Duties Represent companies and underwriters in public securities offerings, including IPOs and equity transactions. Advise public companies on corporate governance and SEC compliance. Manage client relationships and address sophisticated client needs. Requirements Three to seven years of relevant experience in capital markets. Experience in a national or international law firm preferred. High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school. Education Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the state bar. Skills Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects effectively.
