First Presbyterian Church in Colorado Springs seeks a Family Ministries Pastor to shepherd kids, youth, young adults, and their families. This role supervises five directors and leads through a Spirit-led, non-anxious presence to strengthen families across life stages. The candidate will shape a broad ministry strategy, coach staff, and collaborate across departments to live out the church's Light + Life for the City vision.
