Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adults in the PCU, including assessment, planning, and evaluation of care
- Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and response to treatment; administer medications and therapies as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families about conditions, procedures, and discharge planning
- Maintain patient safety, perform necessary nursing procedures, and document accurately
- May assume duties as charge nurse as assigned

Requirements
- New York RN license (active)
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- BLS, ACLS, and NIH required; PALS preferred
- Current critical care experience preferred
- Traveler experience: at least one prior traveler assignment completed
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts with weekend/holiday and call requirements; capable of lifting and moving patients safely
