This position is responsible for maintaining the physical condition, safety, and overall appearance of the community while providing outstanding customer service. This role requires a proactive, hands-on professional who takes pride in the community, responds with urgency to maintenance needs, and leads by example in maintaining high operational standards.Deliver top-tier customer service to residentsAssign and complete maintenance service requests efficientlyIdentify and resolve maintenance issues proactivelyPerform routine inspections and document resultsPrepare vacant homes for new residentsMaintain accurate records and communicate with managementManage inventory within budgetMaintain a clean and organized maintenance shopCoordinate vendors and contractorsAssist with preventative maintenance programsMaintain community systems and report issuesPerform grounds maintenance and cleanliness tasksAssist with weather-related preparation and cleanupEnsure compliance with safety policiesAbility to lift 50–100 pounds occasionally and perform physical labor. 3–5 years maintenance experience preferred with knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.At Inspire Communities, we value our employees just as much as we value our residents.
