Head Lounge Attendant - Facilities and Engineering - Full Time (Flamingo LV) Las Vegas, NV, United States (On-site) Job Summary Experienced AV Technician to support the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audio-visual systems across a high-volume hospitality environment. Role requires hands‑on experience with Crestron and Lucy control systems and a strong focus on system reliability and guest experience. Responsibilities Maintain and troubleshoot AV systems, including Crestron and Lucy platforms Support daily operations and event-based AV needs across the property Perform preventative maintenance and system testing Respond quickly to service calls to minimize downtime Coordinate with Engineering, IT, and external vendors on repairs and upgrades Document work activity using internal work order systems Qualifications 2–3+ years of AV experience, preferably in hospitality, casino, or large commercial environments Experience with Crestron systems and Lucy AV control platforms Strong troubleshooting skills across audio, video, and control systems Ability to read system diagrams These statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this position.
