Position Responsibilities:

1. 
   Work directly with clients implementing behavior intervention plans.
2. Collect and analyze data to track client progress.
3. Collaborate with a team of behavior analysts, RBTs, and caregivers.
4. Participate in training and supervision meetings.
5. Follow ethical and professional guidelines set by the BACB.Delivering ABA therapy in a 1:1 or small group format.
6. Accurately implementing skill acquisition programs and individual treatment plans.
7. Accurately implement behavior reduction plans, behavior protocols, and/or behavior support plans.
8. Collecting data into a data collection system.
9. Generating and maintaining accurate billing and clinical documentation.
10. Collaborate with the client family and related professionals as needed regarding client updates, progress and behavioral concerns.
11. Upholding company policies and standards of conduct; implement ABA intervention in line with the BACB ethical guidelines.
12. Maintaining Private Health Information (PHI) in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
13. Participating in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continue learning and performance improvement.
14. Collaborating on design and preparation of program materials.

Requirements:

✔ Enrolled in a master's program in ABA or a related field.

RBT certification is required
✔ Actively pursuing BCBA certification and in need of supervised hours.
✔ Strong passion for helping individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
✔ Reliable transportation to our clinic location in Chicago, IL (2240 W Armitage Ave, 60647).

Qualifications

• 
  Possess an active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT; highly preferred, but not required)
• Have at least 1-year experience in working in ABA with children with autism and/or related developmental disabilities (required)
• Are pursuing (with at least 2 years completed) and/or hold a Bachelor/Master’s degree in a related field (e.g. Education, Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Speech Pathology, Early Childhood Education, etc.; highly preferred, but not required)
