- Own payroll endtoend with full exposure to ADP Workforce Now Next Gen
- Hybrid schedule after onboarding (3 days onsite, 2 remote)

- Process biweekly payroll for approximately 33 salaried, multistate employees
- Review payroll reports and investigate discrepancies and deductions
- Support recruiting logistics including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
- Document and escalate employee relations matters as needed
- Strong handson ADP payroll experience (Workforce Now Next Gen preferred)
- Prior HR Generalist experience; nonprofit background is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel (basic-intermediate), Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to operate independently in a hightrust, temporary role
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
