Key Responsibilities for the HR Generalist:

Process biweekly payroll for approximately 33 salaried, multistate employees
Review payroll reports and investigate discrepancies and deductions
Support recruiting logistics including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
Document and escalate employee relations matters as needed

Qualifications for the HR Generalist:

Strong handson ADP payroll experience (Workforce Now Next Gen preferred)
Prior HR Generalist experience; nonprofit background is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel (basic-intermediate), Outlook, and Teams
Ability to operate independently in a hightrust, temporary role

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
