What You’ll Do

• Assemble small components by following straightforward, well‑documented instructions
• Use basic hand tools and simple assembly equipment (fully trained on-site)
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality and accuracy standards
• Package completed products for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation
• Support your team in meeting daily production goals while working safely and efficiently

• A positive attitude and reliable work ethic
• Ability to stand or sit for the duration of your shift
• High school diploma or equivalent
• No prior manufacturing experience required—training is provided

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM
• Weekend Shift: 2:30 PM – 2:30 AM

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Rush City, MN.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
