What You’ll Do:
- Meet with homeowners to discuss their remodeling needs and design solutions.
- Utilize the Re-Bath Sales System to provide a first-class, consultative experience.
- Provide precise measurements, diagrams, and project details for our Production Team.
- Partner with the Project Manager to ensure smooth execution of remodels.
- Follow up on completed projects to ask for referrals and strengthen client relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Haves:
- Reliable and professional vehicle.
- Availability Tuesday–Saturday and occasional evenings.
- Smartphone and familiarity with basic tech.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude .
- A coachable, growth-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
Preferred (But Not Required):
- Experience in construction or familiarity with remodeling.
- Background in business-to-consumer sales or consultative selling.
