Function: Endodontist
Facility Location: Flushing, MI 48433
Assignment Dates : March start pending credentialing
Schedule/Shifts: 1 day per month or a half day every other week to start.
- Mon (8a-5p), Tue (11a-7p), Wed (9a-5p), Thur (9a-5p), Fri 7a-1p)
Patient Volume: 6-10 patients
Procedures: Posterior Endo and retreats
Support Staff : Dental Assistants, front desk support, scheduling coordinator
Type of Charting: Dentrix
Requirements : MI license, BLS
