Coach, train, and motivate family members, helping new hires quickly and seasoned professionals to improve. High school diploma, GED preferred or equivalent experience. Availability for overnights, weekends, holidays, variable hours, and dependable attendance. Ability to stand up to 10 hours, lift up to 55 lbs., and meet physical demands. Experience coaching or leading teams, strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills. ServSafe Food Certification, or ability to obtain and pass the exam during training.
