Client Information - A level 4 church based childcare center; servicing children from 6 weeks to 5 years (Pre-K).

Seeking out energetic professionals that love working with people. Responsible for leading the daycare ministry with strong leadership, business experience and a passion for serving. Major Responsibilities · Responsible for working in a timely manner to communicate with parents, children, staff members, etc. · Manage a team of full-time and part-time employees. · Purchase supplies and manage the budget and make sure spending does not exceed revenue/budget. · Staff scheduling, disciplinary actions and hiring and firing. · Onboard new families; manage waitlist; maintain the files of staff and children per state standards. · Worked with church board, staff members, and other internal and external individuals. · Other duties as assigned. Requirements · Any combination of education and experience that provides the knowledge, skills and ability to perform duties of this position. Associate degree in early childhood education a plus. · At least 3 years of experience working in either a licensed or registered ministry · Must have CDA (Child Development Associate) · CPR Certification preferred · Average Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PP, Outlook) · Strong organizational and communication skills · Integrity and a positive attitude; self-starter demonstrating initiative while effectively adapting to change · Hours: TBD Center Hours: 6am to 6pm. · Starting hourly pay $20.00 hourly with a sign on bonus after 90 days
