This is your chance to be part of a team that values precision and efficiency, offering competitive pay and a supportive work environment.Shifts Available1st Shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm - $23.00/HourlySwing Shift: 3:15pm to 11:45pm - $25.30/HourlyExperience / Technical SkillsMicrosoft Excel proficiency (vlookup, pivot tables, data entry, reporting)General computer literacy (emails, file management, reporting tools)Experience creating picking lists in SAPAbility to physically pick items based on picking listsBasic inventory management knowledgeUnderstanding of warehouse processes and documentationFamiliarity with cycle counting / inventory audits preferredPrior exposure to costing, inventory reconciliation, or stock adjustmentsPhysical / Operational RequirementsAbility to lift boxes up to ~40 lbsCapable of operating pallet jacks or hand trucks if neededComfortable moving between desk work and warehouse floor as requiredOther Skills / AttributesStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood organizational skills (maintaining records, managing multiple orders)Ability to work independently and prioritize workloadEffective verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with warehouse and finance teamsBasic understanding of warehouse safety proceduresBenefits PEAK's benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care Savings Account (DCA), and 401K plan.
