Assembler

Randstad is seeking detail-oriented and skilled Electro-Mechanical Assemblers to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, wiring, testing, and assembling complex mechanical and electrical components and sub-assemblies. The ideal candidate possesses a technical aptitude, proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics, and hands-on experience using hand/power tools and precision measuring equipment. Responsibilities

• Mechanical Assembly: Build structural, mechanical, and pneumatic assemblies using hand/power tools, torque wrenches, and precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).
• Electrical Wiring: Wire, harness, strip, crimp, and solder cables, PCBs, and control panels based on electrical schematics and IPC standards.
• Testing & Inspection: Perform point-to-point continuity, resistance, and functional testing using multimeters; troubleshoot assembly defects.
• Quality & Safety: Maintain 5S standards, follow ESD precautions, and log test/inspection data per ISO quality guidelines.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read schematics/blueprints; proficiency with soldering, wiring, hand tools, and electrical test equipment.
