The position involves providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and consultation services. Requires working 1-2 days per week, including Thursdays, utilizing an electronic health record system. Requirements Licensed to practice medicine in New York State Certified in child and adolescent psychiatry Enrolled Medicare provider with a National Provider Identifier (NPI) number Ability to bill Medicare, Medicaid, and 3rd Party insurances Experience working with children and adolescents with mental illness Experience with co-occurring disorders (mental illness and substance use) Spanish speaker highly preferred Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Current NY State License and Registration Certified or eligible for certification by a recognized specialty organization Minimum of one (1) year related experience Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment Basic computer skills including typing #J-18808-Ljbffr Mitchell Martin Inc.
