Join our dynamic team as an Electronic Repair Technician, where your technical expertise and passion for electronics will drive success. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of mobile devices and computers, restoring them to optimal working condition. Your hands-on skills and problem-solving abilities will ensure exceptional device support and customer satisfaction in an energetic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose hardware and software issues on mobile devices and computers using schematics and analysis skills
- Perform repairs on smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktops with precision soldering and hand tools
- Troubleshoot operating systems such as Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows to identify root causes of malfunctions
- Conduct equipment repairs including component replacement, circuit board repairs, and system upgrades
- Utilize technical support skills to assist customers with device setup and software troubleshooting
- Follow detailed repair procedures using schematics and technical manuals to ensure accurate repairs
- Maintain detailed documentation of repair processes, parts used, and diagnostic findings for quality assurance
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows operating systems
- Strong soldering skills and experience with hand tools for precise electronic repairs
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams effectively
- Excellent analysis skills to diagnose complex device issues quickly
- Experience with mobile device and computer hardware repair and troubleshooting
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with providing technical support in retail sales or field service environments
- Strong understanding of electronic components and equipment repair processes
