• Connect with prospective clients through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their goals and providing personalized insurance recommendations.
• Educate clients on insurance options, including auto, home, renters, life, and business coverage.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that provide the right protection and value.
• Generate new business opportunities while maintaining a strong pipeline of leads and follow-ups.

• Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain one with district support.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
• Professional, positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Strong motivation to achieve goals and exceed sales targets.
