Red River Hospital is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our behavioral health team. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with physicians, nursing staff, and clinical providers to deliver high-quality medical care to patients in a behavioral health setting. The Nurse Practitioner will provide medical evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, and ongoing patient care while practicing within state licensure guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical Director/Physician.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct medical evaluations and provide treatment for behavioral health patients under physician supervision.
• Collaborate closely with medical and clinical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Prescribe medications, monitor treatment outcomes, and provide follow-up care in accordance with state NP practice regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality patient outcomes in an inpatient behavioral health environment.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority.
• DEA Waiver Required.
• Experience in behavioral health, psychiatry, addiction medicine, or inpatient care preferred.
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
