Minimum Requirements
Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Experience in subacute, skilled nursing, or assisted living settings

Assignment Details
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
EMR systems: UDS for acute and NetHealth for subacute
PT treats 7 hours per day. PTA treats 7.5 hours per day
May need to co-sign for PTA
