As part of the Koontz Team this position offers the opportunity for you to participate in our electrical apprenticeship program which is 100% paid by us.What You'll Do:Assist with the construction, fabrication and installation of:Structural SteelConduit & Electrical PipingModification of aluminum electrical busVarious specialty projectsAssist with industrial conduit installation, cable tray erection, and panel setup.Operate equipment safely after training, including manlifts, forklifts, and trenchers.Collaborate with a team, follow directions from supervisors, and maintain a safe work environment.Gain proficiency in using tools, test equipment, and performing essential tasks to support electrical installations.What We're Looking For:At least 18 years of age.Valid drivers license.High school diploma or GED (certified copy required).Ability to pass substance abuse testing (pre-hire, random, post-accident).Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites across the U.S.Current Apprentice Electrician license or eligibility to obtain one.Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather and terrain conditions.Commitment to safety, alertness, and teamwork.Why Join Us:Company provided late model Miller welding machine setups, materials, wires, rods, hoods, gloves, etc.In-house paid recertifications.Hands-on training with experienced electricians.Career advancement opportunities in a growing industry.Exposure to diverse projects across the country.Supportive work environment focused on safety and development.If you're ready to launch your career as an electrician and grow with a company that invests in your future, apply today!
