How youll contribute Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist patients with mobility therapeutic exercises and functional activities Observe and document patient progress reporting updates to the supervising PT Maintain accurate timely clinical documentation Help ensure a safe clean and supportive treatment environment Contribute to a positive teamoriented workplace and step in with additional duties as needed

What were looking for Associates degree from an accredited PTA program required Current PTA license in the state of Arkansas in good standing required CPR certification Previous rehab or acute care experience (preferred but not required) Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
