7. Our service advisors are 1st class and are specifically assigned to each tech. Every tech has someone to go to that knows whats going on. All 4 of our advisors will be receiving National Performance awards this year for being among the best in all of Christian Brothers.
8. This is more than a job for me, it's personal. This is what I do, it's my blood, sweat, and tears. Over the last 23 years I have done every job in this shop. I started working for my father in this store 23 years ago and bought the store when he retired 5 years ago. Since then our sales have continued to grow and now we rank in the top 10% of all CBA Locations. I care deeply about this business and its people.

The technician we are looking for has to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what's right for our guests. They need to be able to complete 40+ labor hours weekly while diagnosing complex issues. Responsibilities Use knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests. Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles. Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections. Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively. Follow and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate concerns. Collaborate with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results. Physical Requirements Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds. Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head. Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair. Have the dexterity to efficiently use hand-tools. Walk/stand for the majority of the workday. Drive manual transmission vehicles. Keep a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment. Efficiently navigate a computer. Qualifications 10+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic. Excel at diagnostics and drive-ability problems. ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve. Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles. Meet or exceed 40 hours per week. Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes. Professional appearance and strong communication—willing to work in a customer-centric, team-oriented atmosphere.
