Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Maintain valid state licensure and required credentialing throughout the duration of the contract
• Adhere to facility policies, including wearing a photo badge and presenting valid state or federal issued identification upon entry

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Washington
• NBCOT certification required
• Minimum 35-hour weekly availability, Monday through Friday
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required at time of assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing capacity
• Strong documentation and electronic health record skills
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary care team
