Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Experience: • 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. • 12 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience. • BSN completion required. Requirements: • Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >30 miles from facility to be submitted. • COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted. • 24 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Adaptive Workforce Solutions Program - Finger Lakes Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Adaptive Workforce Solutions Program - Finger Lakes Health. Additional Details: A badge photo for facility ID must be provided for submission. All travelers report to Geneva General Hospital for orientation. Required Skills/Experience: Must be cross trained for multi units (med/surg, ICU, ER), must have critical care experience. Required Credentials: - AHA or RQI specifically - Basic Coronary Care within 6 months of hire. - CPI certification within 90 days of hire. Preferred Credentials: - Certification by the Emergency Nurses Association is recommended within 2 years of hire. - TNCC recommended within 2 years of hire Special Requests: RTO must be submitted with application for approval. Holiday RTO is not guaranteed. Shift & Scheduling: holidays & every other weekend required, as well as 2 On-Call shifts required per 4-week period.
