We are actively recruiting Licensed Social Workers and Licensed Therapists for our 3rd shift Crisis Services team. As the overnight mental health professional on site, you will serve individuals experiencing acute behavioral health and substance use crises until they transition to ongoing community services. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling Active Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in good standing in Ohio 2+ years of experience providing psychosocial or mental health services in behavioral health settings Experience in crisis intervention services BLS certification required at least 2 weeks prior to start date Be the First Step in Someone's Recovery Journey Your presence during the overnight hours ensures that no one in crisis faces the night alone. You will conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, develop individualized recovery service plans, and deliver therapeutic counseling that engages individuals in their healing journey. Your expertise will help people in crisis find hope, stability, and connection to care — at the hours they need it most. About The Centers The Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and a Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) in Cleveland, Ohio, with a deep commitment to providing comprehensive care for medically underserved individuals — especially those living with mental health conditions and substance use disorders. In 2026, The Centers, in partnership with Cuyahoga County and the ADAMHS Board, will open the Glick Recovery Campus (GRC) — a behavioral health crisis center that includes a Crisis Receiving Center, the Rosary Hall Withdrawal Management Unit, and a Crisis Stabilization Unit. The GRC will serve as Cuyahoga County's first 24/7, walk-in behavioral health urgent care and stabilization center, offering people in crisis a safe, welcoming alternative to emergency rooms, jail, or the streets — while providing symptom stabilization, connection to community resources, and pathways back into the community.
