Responsibilities: Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans. Provide excellent care, collaborate with the team, and utilize creativity in interventions. Prepare and submit documentation per guidelines. Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week for Full-Time status. Coordinate services with other providers and attend clinical staff meetings. Qualifications: Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields. Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently. Experience with electronic health records and effective communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively, pass a background check, and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
