Digital Assets Senior Manager Design and implement digital asset transformation programs for banking and capital markets, integrating strategy, technology, and operations to create enterprise value for clients. Responsibilities Industry experience within digital asset adoption, ecosystem, and regulation across financial services verticals. Demonstrated expertise with stablecoins, tokenized deposits, tokenized securities or cryptocurrency. Support digital assets transformation programs – strategy development, operating model changes, and technology implementations. Define, implement, or operate digital asset custody solutions or custody models. Assess digital asset use cases within regulated financial institutions and map them to tangible business value. Select, implement or operate digital‑asset financial‑crime ecosystem solutions (transaction monitoring, onboarding, investigations). Evaluate differences and tradeoffs among blockchains for regulated financial services use cases. Manage all project phases from client buy‑in to planning, budgeting, and execution. Support development of next‑generation digital assets technology offerings. Build reputation as an industry thought leader and trusted advisor for C‑suite clients. Drive business development to originate new client opportunities. Travel Travel, as required, up to 80%. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of relevant professional services experience in technology or management consulting with engagement management and business development expertise. Minimum 7 years of digital assets experience leading financial services client engagements or workstreams within banking (including payments) and capital markets. Experience designing or assessing operating model, governance, or risk & control frameworks within regulated financial services institutions. Lead complex management or technology consulting engagements across the delivery lifecycle. Developed and managed relationships with C‑suite client executives. A bachelor’s degree. Bonus Points Extensive transformation strategy or operating model design experience in digital assets within banking and capital markets. Built next‑generation analytic capabilities (AI, GenAI, data models) for digital assets in banking and capital markets. Experience with digital‑asset financial‑crime ecosystem solutions. Structured problem solving and simplification of complex initiatives to improve execution. Advanced degree or financial industry certification.
