Paralegal (Bilingual preferred)

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and client-focused Legal Assistant to support a busy personal injury law practice. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, communicates effectively with clients and legal professionals, and can manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Communicate with clients, attorneys, insurance companies, medical providers, and other parties. Assist with personal injury cases from initial intake through settlement. Prepare, organize, and maintain client files, legal documents, correspondence, and case records. Assist with pleadings, discovery, authorizations, court filings, and other litigation materials. Request and follow up on medical records, bills, police reports, and insurance documentation. Track case deadlines, appointments, and outstanding requests. Maintain accurate information in case management systems. Schedule client appointments, meetings, and medical examinations. Conduct basic legal research, proofread documents, and perform general administrative duties. Qualifications Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Prior legal assistant, paralegal, or law office experience preferred Personal injury experience is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management. Ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Professional, courteous, and empathetic approach to client service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications. Familiarity with legal case management software is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining confidentiality.
