Part Time Front Desk Associate - Weekends/Bilingual Spanish

Membership Sales Associate

This role is ideal for a college or high school student who is passionate about dogs and building relationships with great dog parents. We are looking for approximately 16-20 hours of part-time work, primarily on Tuesdays, Saturday's, and another half day (preferably Wed or Fri but we are flexible). The position is seasonal until September but has the opportunity to move to full time if performance is exceptional. The position is paid hourly but has performance incentives ($5 for every membership sold, 10% of product sales, and monthly bonuses for service add-ons).

As a Membership Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for selling memberships, building relationships, and delivering an exceptional experience. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, coachable, and eager to grow their skillset.

• Drive membership sales by educating customers on the benefits of routine wellness care
• Build strong relationships with dog parents and provide outstanding customer service
• Promote and schedule first-time visits to introduce customers to our services
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
• Ensure dog safety protocols are always followed to provide a stress-free experience for pets

• A sales-driven mindset with a passion for helping customers make informed decisions
• Proactive and coachable, with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and people skills to engage with customers and build relationships
• A passion for dog wellness and safety
• Retail, hospitality, or membership-based sales experience is a plus
