- Universal Banker - WestPortWest Port - Maryland Heights, MO 63043## OverviewPosition TypeFull TimeCategoryRetail Banking## DescriptionThe Universal Banker will work directly with our customers to meet their needs and support all products and services in our retail and commercial lines of business while projecting a professional and welcoming image with maintaining operational control when delivering amazing service to customers**Essential Responsibilities:*** Responsible for providing accurate and high-quality customer service in all aspects of conducting financial transactions for customers, including cashing checks, accepting deposits, selling monetary instruments, and maintaining account records.* Balancing daily transactions, verifying cash totals; is constantly aware of and monitors all account transactions for suspicious activity and assists in balancing.* Customer service and problem solving in all aspects of teller operations needed.* Responsible for selling a full range of retail deposit products and banking services to customers and prospective customers.* Maintains a portfolio of existing customers for cross selling of bank services.* Follows all Bank policies, procedures and compliance regulations.## Qualifications* High School diploma or equivalent.* A college degree is preferred.* Bank experience preferred.* Must have at least six months to one year cash handling experience.* Additionally, usually 2 years of sales or service experience.
