Data Entry Clerk

Jackson Services, Inc. is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Entering and updating information in company databases, spreadsheets, billing systems, and other software
• Reviewing information for accuracy and correcting errors or discrepancies
• Verifying data using forms, scanned documents, PDFs, and other source documents
• Maintaining organized digital and physical files
• Assisting with billing, reporting, month-end activities, and other administrative tasks
• Maintaining confidentiality when handling customer, employee, and company information
• Following company procedures for data accuracy, privacy, and security
• Providing administrative support to the office and other departments as needed
• Working with team members to ensure information is accurate and tasks are completed on time

The ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, organized, accurate, and comfortable working with computers and detailed information.
We are looking for:

• Previous data entry, clerical, administrative, or office experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good typing skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Ability to learn new computer programs and company software
• Ability to stay focused and accurate when performing repetitive tasks
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
