This is a hands-on, highly visible role where you'll partner closely with leadership and employees to shape culture, drive engagement, and support day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Serve as a trusted HR partner to employees and leaders across the facility Support full-cycle HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation Assist with recruiting and hiring for hourly and salaried roles Help administer benefits, leave programs, and employee wellness initiatives Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices Support training, development, and engagement initiatives Handle employee concerns with professionalism, empathy, and discretion Partner with plant leadership to support workforce planning and organizational needs What We're Looking For Experience as an HR Generalist or in a broad-based HR role (manufacturing environment strongly preferred) Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and employee relations Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-oriented setting Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for people Why You'll Love This Role You'll be joining a stable, well-respected organization with the resources of a Fortune 500 environment; while still enjoying the close-knit, welcoming culture of a plant-based team.
