Northwood Assisted Living, a 91 bed assisted living facility located in Springfield, OH is currently looking for a dynamic individual to fill the newly created role of Assistant Wellness Director. Here at Northwood we are committed to providing individualized, compassionate and innovation healthcare services that will inspire each resident to achieve the full and meaningful life they desire.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A current Nursing License (LPN) in good standing
- Training and/or experience in gerentological nursing as well as education and/or experience in nursing services administration
- Strong leadership interest and ability
- A desire to act as a resource person, and a desire to assit all nursing staff to develop individual skills and potential
- Ability to facilitate teamwork and be a team player
- Knowledge of State and Federal regulations
- Ability to assist in planing and budgeting for nursing care, including recommendations from the Wellness Director
