Senior Five9 Telephony Administrator

To support a large-scale contact center environment, the remote contract Senior Five9 Telephony Administrator will manage the administration, optimization, and strategic development of the Five9 platform while collaborating with operational and technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Own and administer the Five9 contact center environment supporting approximately 550 users Manage and optimize inbound and outbound dialing operations Support and enhance integrations between Five9 and Salesforce Required Qualifications Extensive hands-on experience administering Five9 contact center environments Strong knowledge of contact center operations, call routing, and dialer management Experience supporting large-scale user populations in enterprise environments Strong understanding of Five9 integrations, particularly with Salesforce Ability to independently manage telephony operations with minimal oversight
