Maintenance Technician

At Services Plus, our Maintenance Technicians are the backbone of safe, reliable production. You\'ll work with advanced equipment, collaborate with a skilled team, and make a real impact every single shift. 1st shift: 7am - 3pm (Monday thru Friday) 2nd shift: 3pm - 11pm (Monday thru Friday) 3rd shift: 11pm - 7am (Sunday thru Thursday) Typically every 3rd weekend rotation of a 12 hour shift What You\'ll Be Doing Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems Performing preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment Setting up, adjusting, and supporting production lines and equipment changeovers Fabricating and repairing parts using welders, mills, drill presses, grinders, and other tools Diagnosing issues quickly and safely and fixing them right the first time Supporting building maintenance (doors, docks, lighting, and more) Maintaining organized workspaces, accurate parts inventory, and equipment centerlines Assisting and training teammates and operators when needed Following all GMP and safety standards, including lockout/tagout procedures We\'re open to different experience levels; what matters most is skill, curiosity, and a strong work ethic. Preferred (but not required): Technical certificate, Associate\'s degree (Electrical/Mechanical), or equivalent hands-on experience Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment Comfort reading schematics, manuals, and technical documentation Strong problem-solving and communication skills Willingness to learn we will train the right candidate Maintenance testing will be conducted through the recruitment process to gauge skills and experience.
