Role Description The Accounting Clerk is a full-time, on-site role based at the Naples Nissan dealership in Naples, FL. This position is responsible for performing daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting with month-end closing activities. The role includes maintaining accurate financial records, preparing basic financial reports, and supporting the accounting and finance team with data entry and documentation. The Accounting Clerk will also work with accounting software to ensure timely posting of payments, resolving discrepancies, and responding to internal inquiries related to accounting and billing. This role requires attention to detail, confidentiality with financial information, and consistent collaboration with other departments. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Accounting and Bookkeeping principles and practices. Experience working with Accounting Software and basic Finance processes. Proficiency in data entry, document management, and reconciling accounts. Strong analytical and numerical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality of financial information. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
