Overview

Ascension Search Partners has been retained by a market-leading, investor-backed manufacturer and service provider operating nationally within an essential infrastructure sector. With multiple production facilities, a recurring revenue service platform, and a strong acquisition and growth agenda, this organization is seeking a CFO to serve as a key strategic partner to the President and Group CFO.

Ideal Background

• CPA required (MBA a plus)
• Manufacturing, distribution, or project-based services experience
• Prior private equity-backed company experience strongly preferred
• Proven M&A leadership (diligence, integration, synergy capture)
• Strong business partner capable of influencing operations, sales, supply chain, and executive leadership
• Experience leading finance in complex, multi-site organizations
