In this hands-on, customer-facing role, you will support advanced medical devices—from precision instruments to state-of-the-art video systems—directly within a hospital environment.

You will work closely with Operating Room (OR), Sterile Processing (SPD), and BioMed teams to ensure surgical readiness and successful outcomes. \n Schedule: Monday - Friday\n
Shift: Shift start times may be as early as 6:30 AM and end as late as 6:30 PM based on hospital schedules and business needs.\n

• Provide hands-on, face-to-face support to OR, SPD, and BioMed teams, ensuring seamless use of KARL STORZ equipment
\n
• Set up and support video towers and integrated systems for surgical procedures
\n
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and coordinate replacement of instruments and equipment
\n
• Transport, clean, sterilize, and prepare surgical instruments for use
\n
• Manage repair processes, track equipment status, and facilitate service transactions
\n
• Troubleshoot real-time equipment issues in the operating room to support successful procedures
\n

• High school diploma or equivalent required
\n
• Experience in sterile processing, surgical technology, sales, or other clinical/medical environments
\n
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate in fast-paced, service-driven teams
\n
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and reporting tools
\n
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 25 lbs.

• Associate’s degree

• CRCST certification or interest in obtaining certification
\n
• Experience supporting surgical equipment or medical devices
\n
