BP&S Compliance Program Manager

We help Lam deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of Lam's business.The impact you’ll makeAs a Program or Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs for GWS Compliance. This role is responsible for providing interpretation and guidance of ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 and 45001 and regulations, requirements and standards, including training and preparing the organization for audit expectations. The Compliance Program Manager’s role is to manage our audit program to maintain high quality standards and improve audit performance and processes.What you’ll doPrepare, submit and present audit reports and performance data to managementManage the resolution process of any non-compliance issues/non-conformities discovered during auditsManage GWS procedures so they are well maintained, up to date and acknowledged by appropriate stakeholdersDevelop and implement ISO procedures and documentationManage risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-complianceComplete regular inspections to ensure audit readinessActively participate in audits and inspectionsEnsure department-wide understanding and adherence to regulatory, legal and ISO standardsTrain and support organization on ISO requirements and changesMonitor and report on the performance of proper use of IWMS by GWS, ensuring system is being used and processes are followedAct as subject matter expert for the team for audit related requests and questionsProvide options on how best to facilitate improvements and new processes within GWS to ensure audit readiness and complianceManage and guide audit teamWho we’re looking forMinimum Qualifications:5+ years of experience in Facilities operations or a related field7+ years of experience in audit processBachelor’s degree (or equivalent job experience) requiredExperience with training using adult learning principles, concepts and developmentComfortable in a fast-paced, constantly changing environmentComfortable working independently and as part of a teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOutstanding customer service skillsImpeccable attention to detailExtensive knowledge of ISO standards and regulationsExperience with audits and understanding of the audit processExcellent training skillsProficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applicationsProven experience in operationsPreferred qualificationsProject management experience a plusISO auditor certification is a plusOur commitmentWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
