St. Peter's Health Partners is seeking a full-time General Physiatrist (MD/DO) to join the highly regarded team at Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital in Schenectady, New York-an award-winning, CARF-accredited, 115-bed acute rehabilitation facility known for innovation, teaching excellence, and comprehensive inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services.

Job Description:
Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) care
Manage patients across specialty areas including:
Brain injury
Stroke rehabilitation
Spinal cord injury
Amputee rehabilitation
Cardiopulmonary conditions
Orthopedic rehabilitation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including:
Advanced Practice Providers
Medical and surgical consultants
Internal medicine physicians
Participate in a growing PM&R practice with 8 physiatrists
Contribute to teaching and training as the hospital serves as an inpatient training site for a PM&R residency program
Utilize advanced rehabilitation technologies such as:
ReWalk
Ekso
RT300
Xcite
BURT
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a physician-friendly environment
Support both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs across the region
Not accepting Locums candidates
Not open to Visa Candidates
Candidates must be truly Board Eligible or Board Certified.
Candidates with lapsed Board Certification will not be accepted.
Compensation and Benefits:
St. Peter's Health Partners offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes:


Base Compensation is between $250,000 and $270,000 with the ability to earn an additional $50,000 in quality incentives
The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
