This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations by processing correspondence, maintaining records, coordinating document distribution, and assisting with quality assurance tasks. Responsibilities Process all incoming correspondence for supplemental requests Log and track all supplemental request correspondence accurately Locate charts and records for assignments Distribute records and charts to physicians and editors Scan and organize documents electronically Review discs and files to ensure data is accessible and complete Provide backup support for team members when needed Answer status inquiry phone calls and respond to emails professionally Maintain confidentiality and accuracy with all records and communications Qualifications & Requirements Strong typing and data entry skills Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office required Experience with ShareFile, Microsoft Access, and UPS software is a plus Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively Capable of working independently as well as within a team environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Preferred Experience Previous administrative, records management, or quality assurance experience preferred Experience handling confidential or medical-related documents is a Plus KPG123
